Today in Chicagoland, it was 50degrees and the snow was melting. Is spring around the corner? Not really... the wind was still very cold and we are back to single digits tomorrow. Oh, well. At least we had a little break. Plus, there is nothing like a little giveaway-goodness to ease the winter-blues.

My giveaway this time around is a sling for your little one to wear. I am a huge believer in the value of babywearing, for both mama and baby. Giving your little one a sling of their own teaches them to nurture others in the same way that they have been nurtured. My 2-yr. old son loves to carry his treasures in his own little sling. He carries his puppy doll, his dumptruck, whatever he loves and wants to keep close.

How cute! I have never seen these before. I have twins and usually have at least one attached... occasionally both! I would love to help them be able to carry their own "baby".

The Blue Lagoon that you have on your son in the pick would be perfect for my son. He'll be 2 in Feb. & I still wear him in my New Native carrier when we go out (it's the only way I can keep him from running off). His sissies have child-size New Native carriers to put their dolls, legos, teacups, etc., in but DS doesn't have one yet. This would be perfect.
I got a chuckle when I read that your DS puts his trucks & misc. toys in his sling. I thought my kids were the only ones who do that. DD puts so much in her sling that I don't know how her lil body can stand up straight LOL! You oughta see her try to get it on & off when she has to potty or wants to take it off to sit & eat. :-)

The lime sorbet, that way both kids could happily wear the dolls around the house. My five year old son and three year old daughter were in slings for a long time. I still use a ring sling for a hip carry when my three year old is sick or the five year old steals the stroller spot.
